2009 Cascade Lakes Hill Climb entry.
This year we have 3 options to receive and submit;
1. Snail mail, upon request. Fill out the entry and mail it to the address indicated with a check for the total amount for the items selected.
2.Fill out the PDF entry form found below, print it and mail it to the address indicated with a check for the amount indicated on the PDF form. The total will be automatically calculated as you fill out the entry. A check must accompany the entry form to be considered a complete entry application. When using this method, you will pay the “Cash/Check Total” amount.
3. Fill out the PDF entry form found below, submit the entry by clicking the “Submit by Email” button on the form and make a payment using your Paypal account, paying the “Electronic total amount by clicking the "Pay via PayPal" button. Your entry application in considered complete once both the completed form and the Paypal payment notification from Paypal has been received by SSCC. The official entry date is the later of the “received” date of the completed form or the Paypal payment notification from Paypal. One entry per individual Paypal account payment per entry form. So for example if you have 2 drivers and each will pay using his/her own Paypal account, then there will need to be a separate entry form completed by each driver, not combined onto one form.
